About the Journal
Journal Scope:
JEMI is an interdisciplinary research journal that focuses on business management research and exclusively conjoins diversified subjects of management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. In the realm of Entrepreneurship, the journal encompasses diverse areas including Venture Capital and Finance, Enterprise Management, Leadership, Motivation, Training, and the policies and processes related to the creation, development, and growth of startups and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises. In the domain of the management subject, the journal’s scope includes Strategic and Knowledge Management, Corporate Governance, Operations and Information Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Organizational Ethics, Behavior, and Development. The innovation area of JEMI comprises of technology, creativity, open innovation, digitization, industrial Internet of things (IIoT), value creation, and research on evolving socio-economic environments.
Manuscript Assessment:
All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. If approved by the editor, submissions will be considered by peer reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors.
Copyright Agreement:
The authors retain copyright to the content of the articles.
Open access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 which allows content to be copied, adapted, displayed, distributed, republished, or otherwise re-used for any purpose, including for adaptation and commercial use provided the content is attributed without any restriction.
Author(s) Rights:
The Journal grants the author(s) the following non-exclusive rights:
(i) to reprint or reproduce the Contribution, in whole or in part, in any book, article, or other scholarly work of which you are the author or editor,
(ii) to use contributions for teaching purposes in your classes, including making multiple copies for all students, either as individual copies or as part of a printed course pack, provided that these are to be used solely for classes you teach,
(iii) to post a copy of the contribution on your personal or institutional web server, provided that the server is non-commercial and there are no charges for access, and
(iv) to deposit a copy of the contribution in a non-commercial data repository maintained by an institution of which you are a member.
Author's Undertaking:
Author(s) guarantee the Journal the following:
(i) that the contribution is your original work;
